Oracle AI Database 26ai introduces a new generation of database capabilities designed for AI-driven applications, high-performance analytics, and modern enterprise workloads. This session explores major Oracle Database 26ai innovations, including AI Vector Search, vector indexes,  True Cache, SQL Firewall, and performance optimization features that enhance scalability, security, and operational efficiency across modern database environments.

We will review how Oracle Database 26ai integrates AI directly into the database engine through native vector data types, embedding generation, similarity search, and vector indexing strategies such as HNSW and IVF. The session will also highlight enhancements in True Cache, SQL Firewall, and other new 26ai capabilities designed to improve database performance, resilience, and security.

Additionally, the session will reference practical test environments and related technical blogs demonstrating how these features can be configured, tested, and evaluated in real-world scenarios.
