This session will take you along Tyndale’s journey into discovery, solutioning and implementing a new process for Sales Distribution fulfillment. Tyndale contracted to do distribution fulfillment for a partner company. We needed to setup a new line of products – that is not considered our inventory, be ready to take sales orders and payments from customers both manually and via our Website integrated in with our own products. However, the Sales for these items would not be treated as Revenue but would fall into “other income” and we would pay back a percentage of sales as a fee to the partner.
This required us to creatively solution a new Procurement, Inventory and Receiving process - without changing the steps the warehouse crew had to follow! Then had to redirect the sales revenue to be Other income – behind the scenes. And Oh – we needed it all up and running in 12 weeks! This session will walk you though how we did it – and went live- on time! So if you are interested in Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Finance (and those fun AAIs!) there's a little bit in this story for everyone!

You've heard of One View Watchlists, right? Pretty cool, pretty easy: you create a query over a grid, the query returns some number of rows, and the count of those rows shows up on the EnterpriseOne user interface as a badge or a flag. Simple enough. But, what if that number could come from the output of an orchestration? What if that number didn't even have to be just a number? What if the visualization itself didn't have to be just a badge? Maybe a bar chart or a pie chart? Think of the possibilities. Introducing EnterpriseOne widgets! Come to this session to see how easy and powerful this latest enhancement to the JD Edwards digital platform can be.
