To use Kibana, you will deploy the application delivered Kibana analytics. Once the groundwork has been established, then you can use the PeopleSoft delivered analytics. The natural progression for most users is to extend the application further in the future. The search framework allows customers to extend and/or build their own.

The Regional Medical Center (RMC) in South Carolina had big plans for PeopleSoft going into 2020. With MIPRO Consulting’s assistance, those plans included updating PeopleTools as well as doing PUM updates and adding new features for both their Financial and Human Capital Management systems. An Oracle YouTube video provided an overview of PeopleSoft Fluid Delegations. Delegations give users the ability to have someone else act on their behalf to initiate or approve a PeopleSoft transaction. Delegations are available for both Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) users.
