Non-Payment Clause

Once a registration is submitted it becomes binding and fees are due and payable according to the terms herein. If you cancel the registration, or do not attend the conference, the registration fees as dictated by the cancellation policy below remain due and are nonrefundable.

Early-bird Payments

Early-bird discount pricing applies only when registration fees are received in full by Quest, not based on the date of registration. If an attendee registers early, but pays after the early-bird deadline, the next tier of registration pricing will apply.

Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments are due at the time of registration. Any registration without a valid credit card payment at the time of registration will be required to re-register.

Check Payments

A copy of the registration confirmation letter is required with the registrant’s payment to ensure proper allocation. Check must be payable to Quest Oracle Community – INFOCUS Dive Deep. Check payments are due within 30 days of registration and prior to rate changes, but also due prior to October,18, 2021 or the registration will be cancelled and re-registering at the current rate will be required to attend conference.

Once the check payment is received additional payment confirmation will be sent. If the check is returned or cannot be process, the registration will be cancelled. Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of conference payments upon receipt by Quest.

Cancellations

No refunds will be given for this event unless there are extreme circumstances. Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted by October 18, 2021 for consideration. Submissions after the conference start will not be considered. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Quest by the above dates via the myConference registration Cancellation Request Form online.

Substitutions

Substitutions for paid registrants must be completed online by October 18, 2021 by submission through Quest’s myConference registration management tool. Substitutions made from an individual Quest member to a non-Quest member will render the member discount void. No other penalty will be applied for substitutions.

Please note: all sessions will be recorded and reposted to the Quest site. Speakers and attendees are not allowed to record on their personal devices.

Information Shared with Exhibitors, Sponsors & Quest Representatives

Exhibitors receive an attendee list prior to and after the conference as part of their sponsorship. This list only includes your name, job title and company, no contact information is included. By completing conference registration, you agree to have this basic information shared with exhibitors.

Demographic and contact information submitted during registration can be obtained by vendors in a number of ways, not limited to: visiting a virtual exhibit, attending a sponsored session or keynote, attending sponsored networking events, etc.

Mailing and demographic information for attendees who reside in the EU and EEA are excluded from these exhibitor mailing lists.

We permit select sponsors to send limited emails to attendees from our email server. You may opt-out of sponsored emails during the registration process.

Conference Communications

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to receive emails from us containing important information about the conference including news, giveaways and promotions. These emails are designed to ensure attendees are fully informed about the conference and receive the most satisfactory experience possible.
We may also send you emails about other similar events or products and services we offer that are related to the conference.
