WHAT SIZE IS MY BOOTH?

The booth sizes for INFOCUS are a little unique in that they are 8’ in width and 8’ deep. If you need more than 8’ of width to your booth you would need to secure a second booth space making a double booth which would be 16’ wide and then still 8’ deep. You are still required to be inward facing and maintain 3’ high sidelines even on corner booths.

WHAT IS QUEST-OPOLY?

Quest-opoly is a game like traffic driving opportunity that is available for purchase outside of your contracted exhibit space inclusions. If you have already opted in to be a participating vendor by contracting this opportunity with your account executive, you will be contacted leading up to INFOCUS to gather information to include in the Quest-opoly book.

The coupon booklet is distributed to all INFOCUS attendees onsite and each participating vendor has one dedicated page in the book which indicates which giveaway that vendor is providing and the booth number for the attendee to return the entry coupon to prior to the deadline for submissions.

This is a great way to drive traffic to your booth and attract attendees to your product or service offerings! Please speak with your account executive for more information and details.

I AM A VENDOR OR BOOTH STAFF. CAN I PLAY QUEST-OPOLY?

Unfortunately, this is a customer only experience and promotion. If you are part of any exhibiting or vendor company, or staff for a booth or contracted booth personnel, you are not able to participate in the game on the floor and are also not eligible to win prizes that are intended for customers. We also ask that you keep this in mind and avoid taking giveaways, tchotchkes or other items without the consent of that booth staff offering the giveaway as those are intended to customers.

CAN I TAKE OTHER BOOTH’S TCHOTCHKES?

Please avoid taking giveaways, tchotchkes or other items without the consent of that booth staff offering the giveaway as those are intended to customers. Be respectful to your fellow exhibitors and their materials. Let’s remember the golden rule!

HOW CAN I PLAN TO SCAN BADGES?

INFOCUS badges will have QR codes on them for scanning. This will not scan with just any ordinary QR code reader but would require the ATS conference affiliated scanners to read them. Please see the Freeman Kit for all ordering information. This kit is currently available to download here.

WHERE DO I GET MY LEAD RETRIEVAL?

ATS (American Tradeshow Services), our official lead retrieval vendor for INFOCUS and can be reached onsite during set up and also through our registration desk once the show is underway.

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY BOOTH ONCE I AM ONSITE, WHERE CAN I FIND FREEMAN?

FREEMAN, our official service contractor for INFOCUS will have a desk near the exhibitors inside the ballroom were the the showfloor is being set up.

CAN I GO TO OTHER VENDOR’S SESSIONS?

Exhibitors or vendors with a full conference badge are the only vendor badges that have access to education sessions. If you are as exhibitor or vendor we ask that you do not attend your competitor’s sessions out of respect and confidentiality. Any speaker or sponsor to a session can ask a vendor to leave their session. If you have an exhibit hall only badge, you may only attend sessions that your company specifically is sponsoring. Please be respectful of your community and its partners by being cognizant of not attending other vendor run or co-presented sessions.

AM I ALLOWED TO SCAN MY SESSION?

We have temp staff onsite to scan all sessions, this is to facilitate the continued improvement of our content, analyze sessions and deliver a better experience each year for INFOCUS. We do not release scan counts or any data from traditional educational sessions, even those with vendors as presenters or co presenters. Vendors themselves are not allowed to scan any educational sessions, including VAS (Vendor Awareness Sessions). This is to prevent anyone unauthorized from scanning a session they are not affiliated with. We will send out post show the scans from any VAS sessions you have purchased from Quest. These go out no later than two weeks post show and are only provided for VAS sessions.

I’M HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY A/V IN MY SESSION ROOM, WHERE DO I NEED TO GO?

Step outside of your room and find a member of the temporary staff outside your door or if you see a green shirt just let us know, we are happy to assist! We can radio the A/V folks to assist quickly. We will also be stopping in before each session to make sure you are able to load your PowerPoint and are ready to go!

CAN I TEAR DOWN EARLIER THAN WHAT’S OUTLINED FOR VENDOR TEARDOWN?

No. No. No. Exhibits are to be kept intact until the closing of the show. No part of an exhibit shall be removed during the show without special permission from Show Management. Any Exhibitor who begins dismantling of its display before the close of the show may lose part or all of its company’s priority status in booth selection and may entirely lose the privilege of exhibiting at future Quest conferences.

CAN WE HAND THINGS OUT AS THE SHOW FLOOR DOORS OPEN AND CUSTOMERS ARE WALKING INTO THE SHOW FLOOR?

This is a sponsorship opportunity and anyone outside of those who have committed to and accepted this opportunity are not able to do this. If you are interested in doing this for 2019 please speak with your account executive. Anyone found doing this will be asked to cease and desist immediately and materials will be confiscated by show management. Play fair!
