With Oracle Guided Learning, users have access to real time guides that show users how to enter transactions that may be complex or rarely used in the system. PeopleSoft Financials Delegation Framework At Parkview Health

When Parkview Health deployed PeopleSoft eProcurement and Mobile Expenses, the user counts in their FSCM environment grew more than tenfold. So too did the Systematic Workflow Approvals, using AWE and Fluid Approvals. Volumes of requests to delegate was handled by quickly deploying the Self-Service Delegation Framwork for AWE.
Approvers were able to dynamically assign delegates to perform review and approvals at the business process level. Approvers could assign short-term or long-term (open ended) delegations for all active FSCM AWE processes, including approvals for Requisitions, Accounts Payable Vouchers, Expense Reports, Journal Entries, and General Ledger Account Reconciliations.

Florida State University (FSU) implemented the PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) on pages to deliver automated E-Forms and workflows to day-to-day business processes. Since the project has started on year 2019, near 20 e-forms are built on Campus Solutions and HCM. It made significant efficiency during the pandemic. It benefits students, staffs, and even parents/delegates.
This presentation will show you how we implement the PeopleSoft AWE to pages, how we build our AWE admin page to manage all E-Forms for approvers and demonstrate the process.
