Greetings to the PeopleSoft community!

The PeopleSoft product team is thrilled to gather once again at RECONNECT Live! at BLUEPRINT 4D, May 7-10, 2024 in Dallas, TX. This year’s agenda is packed with great opportunities to connect and learn with other PeopleSoft customers and experts, including my product strategy team, senior development leaders, and many of our partners.

With a refreshed and expanded program for 2024, RECONNECT Live! is designed to help PeopleSoft customers prepare their organizations – their teams, their tools and technology, and their strategies – for the future. The program features 125+ PeopleSoft sessions including a PeopleSoft keynote, product roadmap updates, roundtable discussions, new feature demos and more.

Beyond PeopleSoft, Quest has added useful new content programs at Blueprint 4D for 2024, including sessions that focus on Cross-Apps Technology, People Development and Continuing Education. And I expect many attendees are pleased to hear that HR, Finance, Business Analyst and IT professionals can now earn CPE credits with SHRM, NASBA and IIBA.

The PeopleSoft product team is already preparing to deliver sessions to brief you on everything we’ve been working on, including:

• New PeopleTools 8.61 features you can take advantage of
• Recently delivered and upcoming features for HCM and ERP
• The latest Cloud Manager release and why every customer should now use it to patch their PeopleSoft environments, even when those environments are on-premise
• Powerful new PeopleSoft Insights and how to use analytics to enrich your productivity and user experience
• Adoption trends of important capabilities like Configurable Search, Notification Composer, Oracle Guided Learning, and Digital Assistants
• Tools and strategies for removing invasive customizations
• The business value of running PeopleSoft on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and what’s new since last year

Once again, this year’s agenda includes industry programs for Public Sector, Higher Education, and Healthcare, a New-to-PeopleSoft program designed for newcomers to accelerate their learning and supercharge their impact, and a Move to Cloud program to help customers inform their strategies and plan for Cloud. Former PeopleSoft customers share their experiences with Oracle Cloud applications and our team will host a session just for PeopleSoft customers that are starting to explore Oracle Cloud applications, to offer tips and insights.

As always, one of the most valuable aspects of the event is our ability to meet and connect in person. The RECONNECT Live! networking program will include a PeopleSoft Welcome Lunch, Happy Hour with the PeopleSoft team, informal Coffee & Connect gatherings, product & industry roundtables, Lunch & Learn sessions, Special Interest Group meet-ups, and 1:1 meetings with the PeopleSoft product leaders and strategists, to name just a few.
