Oracle Maximum Availability Architecture (MAA)

This session will cover Oracle Maximum Availability Architecture (MAA) including definition of highly resilient architectures, to classifying databases into various tiers based on business needs. Internals of Oracle availability features which enable recovery from common scenarios such as DBA errors/mistakes and system component failures will be covered. Last but not the least, the session will explore from a developer’s perspective topics such as database session failure detection, failover and replay transactions without making any changes to the application code.
