A – Impacts to state withholding forms.  Certain states are strongly encouraging that employees fill out a new state withholding form if they complete a new form W-4.

How do you monitor and follow up with employees who have completed a W-4 and need to also complete a state form?  Are you using any automated solutions/notifications?

B – Lock-In Letter.  How are folks handling lock-in letters?  Are there any questions?
