Joel De Guzman imagePrior to Oracle, Joel spent a few years as product marketing manager for supply chain management and ecommerce applications for another ERP company. He was also the product launch manager for their distribution ERP solutions and implemented sales content management applications. Before that, he spent more than two decades with Intel Corporation as an industrial engineer in manufacturing, program manager for supply chain management (SAP) implementations, and marketing manager for software developer relations and partner programs. Joel has a BS in Industrial Engineering, an MBA from the University of California – Davis, and a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Prasanna Venkatesan imageC. Prasanna Venkatesan is currently Director of AI and Digital Transformation in Oracle’s Industry Solutions Group. He brings a wealth of experience in building Internet of Things (IoT) solutions across multiple industries for the better part of a decade.
Prasanna has 15+ years of experience from Engineering to Management Consulting and Business Development. Prior to Oracle, Prasanna led solution management and business development for Cisco’s IoT industry vertical solutions group, focusing on Energy, Process and Manufacturing Industry customers. He was among the early members of Cisco’s IoT business unit, where he helped plan and execute the GTM for its first set of products and solutions.
Prior to Cisco, Prasanna was with Management Consulting firm A.T. Kearney in Chicago, where he consulted for clients in the Telecom, Manufacturing and Energy sectors. Among his other roles, he has worked for Cummins Engine Company, Citigroup and The Asian Development Bank.
Prasanna holds a bachelors in engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, India, a masters, also in engineering, from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
