Pamela Ingram, Hennepin County

Tell us a little about your company.

What Oracle product do you use and what do you like most about it?

We use Peoplesoft. What I like most about it is the ever-changing nature of the product. Always learning something new and looking for how the product can solve business problems and improve our processes.

How long have you been involved with Quest?

I have been involved with Quest since 2015.

How have you benefit from being part of Quest Oracle Community?

I jumped right in by presenting at conferences (scared to death to speak publicly), I am very glad I did because I have developed relationships with many people from across all kinds of businesses. It has helped me understand the PeopleSoft product much better and has provided a network of people to ask questions and learn from. Our County is better at using the product because of our engagement in the Quest Community.

What’s one interesting fact about you?

I love being outdoors at our cabin in Northern MN.
