Many mature customers utilizing Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise are currently using outdated business processes and utilizing software which is customized due to the limitations in functionality of old versions of the software. In some instances these business processes and software customizations were upgraded and “brought forward” into the newer versions of the software for numerous reasons. Many clients are now seeking ways to eliminate older customizations and leverage the delivered functionality of the newest versions of the software.
