Accounts Receivables is often the largest asset on a company’s balance sheet and critical to its financial health.  Collectors make lot of effort to collect the outstanding payments. PeopleSoft supports faster collections through varied payment methods such credit cards, direct debit, eCheck, pay pal for customers to choose from. Customers have asked for greater flexibility in the collections process. PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable has extemded the collection process by providing for payment plans that allows customers’ customers to make outstanding payments in installments. With this capability, collectors can negotiate payment plans and speed up the collection process to align to corporate collection policies. This session will showcase the new capability through the flows of Accounts Receivable.
