Notification framework is an easy-to-use tool that seamlessly delivers important messages to users on a preferred communication channel. In this session, you will learn creating notification configurations, user personalization and using an API that abstracts the communication channels. The session will also talk about delivering attachments with text messages and bringing worklists in to actionable notifications, that can be marked as worked without navigating to the transaction page. The framework also provides fluid notify feature that allows users share details of a transaction with other users.
