This presentation will explore how we leveraged UI Path and JD Edwards Orchestrator to fully automate the capture and upload of printed invoices into Hyland OnBase. By integrating these technologies, invoices are instantly available for review and reprint directly within JDE using CafeOne layouts — eliminating the need to run reprint UBEs and streamlining user access. Additionally, this automation lays the foundation to leverage OnBase’s AI capabilities for future enhancements in invoice analysis, validation, and exception handling.
