Community Health Network implemented PeopleSoft Lease Administration 9.2 in 2017. In 2018, it was determined that the new ASC842 accounting standards change for payables/lessee leases would impact CHN in 2019. In this presentation, we will walk through CHN’s planning and approach for tackling the transition from both a business process and PeopleSoft configuration perspective. We will discuss the overall approach; the timeline; the resources required; the project structure; major tasks and activities; success factors and lessons learned.
