However, the target audience is functional staff with responsibilities for configuration and production support, so the intent is to present the subject in a way that it would be understandable by functional staff. -Issues we have encountered
-A case study on how a failed batch process was diagnosed and resolved.
-A round table discussion after to further explore items discussed where users have specific questions
