Mission Statement


We are excited to launch our Membership Task Force to enhance the value and engagement with our customer community. As a valued leader in our community, we would like to extend an invitation for you to take an active role in this new initiative.

Our mission for the Membership Task Force is to:

  • Increase Revenue Opportunities for Customer Memberships
    Our #1 goal is to drive new revenue streams by creating valuable membership offerings that meet the evolving needs of both customers and vendors.
  • Boost Member Engagement
    We aim to deepen relationships with both our customers and vendors to increase active participation and engagement across Quest events, online communities, Special Interest Groups (SIGs), and more.
  • Enhance the Overall Member Experience
    We want to ensure that every Quest member feels supported and equipped with additional resources and benefits to maximize the value they get from being part of the Quest community.
  • Deepen Engagement with Senior Executives, Board Members, and Vendor Partners
    One of our key focuses will be to create more opportunities for high-level engagement for our C-level executives, board members, and vendor partners, reinforcing Quest as the premier user group for those using Oracle products.
  • Leverage Oracle’s Support to Attract New Members
    By emphasizing the value of Oracle support, we can attract even more customers and demonstrate why Quest remains the go-to user group for Oracle professionals.
