The construction industry's 500,000-worker shortage didn't happen overnight—it resulted from 30 years of systematic decisions to eliminate entry-level pathways, underinvest in apprenticeships, and push everyone toward four-year degrees. Today, experienced tradespeople retire at a 5:2 ratio to new worker recruitment, leading to project delays, cost overruns, and the loss of irreplaceable knowledge across the industry.…

AI is reshaping Oracle’s technology strategy, not only at the application layer, but across the foundational platforms that support mission-critical systems like PeopleSoft. This session explores the broader advancements in infrastructure, data architecture, and embedded intelligence that are enabling a practical and responsible path to AI for PeopleSoft customers. Attendees will learn how AI-driven optimization, predictive resource management, integrated telemetry, and intelligent workflows can reduce manual effort, improve resilience, and enhance operational reliability across PeopleSoft environments. We will examine practical examples such as AI-assisted patching strategies, environment health scoring, anomaly detection, configuration drift monitoring, and natural-language analytics that empower users with faster access to insight. Whether your organization is formalizing an AI strategy or evaluating where AI can deliver measurable business impact, this session provides a strategic framework, real-world use cases, and clear guidance for introducing AI capabilities into PeopleSoft operations in a way that strengthens governance, manages risk, and preserves existing investments.

Delivering changes in JD Edwards with speed and confidence requires more than manual test scripts and spreadsheets. Modern JDE organizations are looking for automated, repeatable testing that fits inside their existing Oracle stack, not another external tool. In this session, we demonstrate a JDE-native test automation platform that uses Orchestrator, APEX, and Oracle Visual Builder to automate end-to-end business process testing, including real test evidence PDF creation and real-time dashboards. The next step: AI-assisted testing. We show how AI is used to enhance testing capability by: •Automatically generating test data and input variations •Recommending test cases based on JDE usage patterns and change impact •Identifying high-risk areas for regression testing •Assisting with test documentation and exception explanation Combined, these capabilities help teams accelerate testing, reduce manual effort, and improve reliability before ESUs, upgrades, and deployments, all inside the Oracle ecosystem. We will walk through a real Procure-to-Pay scenario (vendor → PO → receipt → match → voucher), demonstrating automated testing orchestration from start to finish. Outcome: Attendees leave with a blueprint for implementing AI-enhanced, JDE-native test automation that reduces upgrade pressure, increases quality, and supports continuous improvement — without adding external tools or complexity.
