I take these stories to heart because I, too, have experienced these disappointments. As such, these conversations motivate me to ask, “How do we stop the madness?”

In the virtual roundtable “Commerce in A Changing World: Delivering Experiences in the New Normal” from Insight 20, three Oracle Commerce clients described how they juggle changing workplace regimens and interpret various customer signals to deliver a robust experience.

During the 2019 Virtual Summit, Ulta Beauty’s Rohit Mishra and Robert Murphy gave a presentation on the company’s approach to system changes made to resolve ATG application memory issues. Ulta made several internal changes in order to tighten testing cycles for the 2018 holiday preparations.
