The Critical Patch Update for January 2021 was released on January 19, 2021. Oracle strongly recommends applying the patches as soon as possible.

Data is the fuel for AI – the 21st century equivalent to what electricity did for the 20th century. AI will change everything, and companies that aggregate data from multiple sources, enriched with AI, will have a distinct advantage.

During Quest Forum Digital Event: Cloud Week, Ramkumar Ramanathan, Manager of Application Architecture Information Technology at ATCO, shared the story of ATCO's EPM Cloud implementation and deployment of Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud.

During Quest Forum Digital Event: Innovation Week, Shirley Lum, Product Marketing Director at Oracle, delivered a presentation on how to maximize your on-premises investment as you embrace digital innovation from the inside out. 

There seem to be several key factors that are important to enterprises today in regard to conversational AI, including seamless connections with both customers and employees, business agility, continuity, and recovery. Technology has a very important role to play in employee productivity, operational efficiency, work collaboration, speed to market, agile business, supply chain insights, and online engagement. These are all things that conversational AI and digital assistants bring to the table.

During Quest Forum Digital Event: Innovation Week, Douglas Kehring, Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations at Oracle, shared the story of how Oracle itself leveraged the Oracle Cloud to reimagine its business and build delightful customer and employee experiences from end to end.

During Quest Forum Digital Event: Cloud Week, David Hoelscher, Enterprise Learning Strategist at Oracle University, presented an introduction to Oracle Guided Learning and other learning approaches. Hoelscher also discussed best practices for deploying Modern Learning.

During Quest Forum Digital Event: Cloud Week, Floyd Teter, Senior Director at Oracle HCM Development Center of Excellence, discussed how to maintain a regular cadence living in the cloud – specifically Oracle Cloud HCM. Teter specializes in HCM, but it is important to note that the majority of the information in the presentation is applicable across Oracle Cloud.
