There are many companies who upgraded and had plans to begin folding in UDO’s into their business as they found opportunities but just haven’t gotten a chance to do so. This was the case for Denver Water. They originally upgraded to EnterpriseOne 9.2 in 2021. Since then they’ve embraced the Composed Pages. Last year they began taking concerted efforts to use Cafe1, Personalizations, and Form Extensions to an amazing effect. In this session, you’ll see how Denver Water has removed the need for some custom reports and improved end user experience by creating these impactful UDO’s.

All purchase orders go through the PO approval process. Our business process requires all PO’s to have quotes or other documentation attached for any orders over a certain amount prior to approval. For our maintenance process, PO’s were being system generated and going to approval before the quoting process could be complete. This session illustrates the usage of Orchestrator, Form Extensions and Logic Extensions to allow users to review system generated purchase orders prior to submission for formal approval.
