This talk will show you the type of pre-recorded, on-line course materials and approach for this 15 lesson class that covers an intro to ERP, UX-One, and follows a sample company through GL/JC, Procurement/AP, Inventory, Sales/AR, and back to reporting and an intro to Digital Transformation.

Like most companies, Hines' IT infrastructure substantially grew and became more complex as the business demands evolved. As this occurred it became apparent that the Hines IT infrastructure team was spending a greater amount of time on low value add tasks which was limiting the time they had to focus on Hine’s key business initiatives. Based on these factors and an upcoming hardware refresh Hines decided to evaluate moving to the Cloud and engaging a partner to support the daily operational tasks. In this session we will explore the process Hines went through in evaluating solutions, lessons learned from the project, how Denovo and Hines executed the migration which concluded with Hines closing their data center , and the value this has brought to Hines.
