PeopleSoft HCM Update Image 33 was recently released, and it contains a long list of helpful new features.

PeopleSoft chatbots enter the digital assistant scene and add accessibility to existing PeopleSoft business applications while modernizing the user experience. To get started with PeopleSoft chatbots, customers need an understanding of not only the current and projected capabilities of chatbots but how digital assistants operate within the PeopleSoft framework. Samidha Rege and Robbin Velayedam of Oracle provided foundational information to get your organization started using PeopleSoft chatbots.

Tammy Boyles, Project Management Director for Oracle PeopleSoft, led a customer panel about the implementation process, challenges faced, executive buy-in process, change management process, configuration, lessons learned, and future plans for customers that have implemented Fluid Benefits Enrollment and Fluid Benefits Statements.

Rick Delaney, Strategy Manager for PeopleSoft Payroll for North America, presented PeopleSoft Payroll for North America updates to state paid family and medical leave - specifically in Washington, Massachusetts, and Washington D.C.

Sasank Vemana, ERP Analyst at Florida State University and Oracle ACE, shared a blog post about his experience with PeopleSoft chatbots and gave a demonstration of the Absence Assistant that was delivered in PeopleSoft HCM Image 31.

At RECONNECT 19, David Laden, Director of Accounts Receivable Services at the University of Minnesota, spoke about how to leverage the PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable module for processing your organization’s receivables. During his presentation, Laden discussed design considerations, tips and tricks, and methods to monitor payment processing and open receivables.
