Please join us for RECONNECT October 23 – 26 to catch up on all things PeopleSoft.  RECONNECT is the only nationwide conference that is completely focused on PeopleSoft.  The conference is 100% virtual and offers reasonable registration options, including an enterprise pass that allows you to send an unlimited number of employees for just one low price.  The entire PeopleSoft Product team will be attending and presenting up to 40 deep dive sessions.  RECONNECT sessions are intended to focus more on the setup, configuration options, and best practices for available features so that attendees are empowered to deploy delivered PeopleSoft features straight away.  Hope to see you there next week.

RV’s Strategy Spotlight-

As vaccination and testing tracking becomes essential for those customers allowing employees to come back to work sites, I am pleased to announce that our development team has delivered the new Health & Safety – Employee Wellness feature as a PeopleSoft Release Patch (PRP) earlier than originally planned.  We also expect to include it in HCM Image 40 next month.  Employee Wellness is an enhancement that provides the ability for employees to update their vaccination information via self-service, along with test results and important allergy and health information.  For more on how to access the PRP today or what this feature can do for your organizations’ return to work plans, see the following blogs à https://blogs.oracle.com/peoplesoft/post/tracking-employees-medical-tests-peoplesoft and https://blogs.oracle.com/peoplesoft/post/tracking-covid-vaccinations-peoplesoft

RV’s Strategy Spotlight-

HCM Image 40 and CRM Image 20 are now available for download.  The HCM image includes new functionality to support tracking remote working, employee wellness for vaccination and testing tracking, fluidized manager self-service for managing schedules in Time & Labor, among many others.  These features and more are shown in the recently published Image 40 highlights video.  CRM Image 20 includes uptake of PeopleTools 8.59 technology as well as new operational Kibana dashboards and analytics for call center agents and agent managers.

As you might already know, HCM Image 43 is now available for download.  Features available with this release include: Benefit Plans Comparisons, Payroll Trend Analytics and Insights, Payroll Quick Calculation feature, Absence Balance and Forecasting enhancements, Dependent Rules for Benefits Life Plan relationships, Fluid Candidate Gateway Accessibility improvements, among others.  Allowing your employees to compare benefit plans during open enrollment is a feature that many US-based customers will find interesting.  The PeopleSoft development team designed an easy-to-use, configurable interface that allows even novice employees to make the best decision possible by viewing a comprehensive, simplified, side-by-side comparison of various benefit plans offered by their organization.  There is still time for customers to deploy this feature for the upcoming benefits enrollment period.
