Through our innovative Learn module, employees engage in targeted training aligned with their roles. Each task within the journey links directly to specific Learn activities, allowing employees to complete assessments seamlessly. This integration not only reinforces learning but also enables our learning coordinators to monitor progress and provide timely feedback, ensuring continuous growth and skill enhancement.
Supporting Employee Transitions
As employees progress through their Baylor journey, effective management of transitions becomes paramount. Our faculty and staff exit journey exemplifies Baylor’s commitment to thorough and respectful offboarding processes. Designed with about 19 essential tasks, this journey assists departing employees in closing out expense reports, returning assets like security badges and keys, and updating contact information for continued communication post-departure. Through proactive measures, such as linking employees to benefits specialists and payroll contacts, Baylor ensures that departing staff have access to necessary resources like W-2 forms and ongoing support.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement
