Tell us a little about your company.
Since 2005, MIPRO has been dedicated to providing PeopleSoft related services. We have earned a reputation for our integrity, honesty and always “doing the right thing.” One of the things MIPRO is most proud of is our people. Most have 25+ years of experience with PeopleSoft in the areas of Fluid, Lease Administration, ERP/Financials, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management. Our customers ask us to implement, upgrade, optimize and provide managed services for them.
What is your job title and what do you do in your role?
Managing Partner/Vice President of Solutions Delivery. I am responsible for our overall PeopleSoft implementation methodology, our project management and our consultants. Ultimately responsible for the overall success of our client engagements. I design our solutions to assist our clients with resolving their PeopleSoft needs.
What Oracle product do you use and what do you like most about it?
MIPRO specializes in PeopleSoft. PeopleSoft is our passion and expertise. PeopleSoft has been around for around 30 years and in that time has built tremendous functionality and we have seen PeopleSoft grow and change over the years. Today’s PeopleSoft has a modern look and feel with unmatched functionality. But what is best is that PeopleSoft provides the best of both worlds whereas it is Saas like with quarterly functionality updates but at the same time can be configured and customized to meet the business needs of an organization and can be hosted in the cloud.
How long have you been involved with Quest?
My official membership with Quest started in 2012. I have presented at many Quest conferences over the years and most often at Collaborate and Reconnect along with webinars and participating with Quest groups.
How have you benefit from being part of Quest Oracle Community?
As mentioned, PeopleSoft is our Passion and being part of Quest has allowed me to share what I know about PeopleSoft with the greater community and hopefully provide some value and assistance along the way. Quest is the best mechanism for spreading PeopleSoft knowledge and allowed me to reach more PeopleSoft users.
What’s one interesting fact about you?
I am a dedicated Crossfitter. Yes, it is true the first rule of Crossfit is you have to talk about Crossfit to anyone who will listen.
Do you have any children or pets?
I have two daughters, Emily (20) and Lauren (16) and two dogs. A golden retriever who is approaching 13 years old and a Miniature Schnauzer.
