2020 Distinguished Service Award Winner: Priya Natesan
Tell us a little about your company.
Yum! Brands, Inc., based in Louisville, Kentucky, has over 50,000 restaurants in more than 150 countries and territories primarily operating the company’s restaurant brands – KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell – global leaders of the chicken, pizza and Mexican-style food categories. The Company’s family of brands also includes The Habit Burger Grill, a fast-casual restaurant concept specializing in made-to-order chargrilled burgers, sandwiches and more.
What is your job title and what do you do in your role?
My job title is Associate Manager, ITSS. I support the Oracle HCM Cloud application at Yum! Brands. My focus areas are Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation and Talent management modules. I also specialize in OTBI & BI reporting.
What Oracle product do you use and what do you like most about it?
Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Digital Assistant. Oracle HCM Cloud is a robust application, built as a single cloud solution for all HR modules. SaaS based product so no maintenance of database, application of patches or updates, Oracle takes care of everything. Powerful OTBI reporting tool which can be used to create reports, analytics and dashboards based on data from different modules. Mobile responsive UI pages offer great user experience.
How long have you been involved with Quest?
Since 2017 (three years).
How have you benefit from being part of Quest Oracle Community?
Being part of Quest Oracle Community has given me unlimited opportunities to learn from whitepapers, presentations, and webinars. It’s a great community to exchange information.
What’s one interesting fact about you?
I have lived in four different states in the US in the past seven years.
Do you have any children or pets?
Yes, I have a lovely daughter who is a sophomore in high school.
