New Redwood Experiences

Redwood enables you to pull data into much more usable forms. In the past, you were limited by page layouts, amount of data on a screen, and the way the data related. Redwood solves these problems for you.

Redwood offers activity hubs, which bring a lot of data into a single place that is highly personalized to the end user. It is constantly learning, drawing from the data you use and the actions that you perform to bring even greater efficiency to your experience.

The Team Activity Center equips and empowers managers with essential information and actions in one consolidated experience. As with the Activity Center, the data is highly personalized. It allows managers to connect and lead much more easily.

The Recruiting Activity Center helps recruiters to rise above the chaos of candidate management and connect with the talent. Very few candidates are being nurtured in the way that they should be. The Recruiting Activity Center will change that. It enables a recruiter to see every crucial piece of information and take action on that on a single page.

The Payroll Activity Center brings every key piece of data to your fingertips, monitoring the routines, surfacing anomalies, and suggesting actions to correct anomalies.

What Makes Redwood Better than Competitors?

Built into Redwood and every experience moving forward is telemetry.

On the horizon at Oracle are meaningful administration experiences. This is currently in development, and the first administration experiences are planned to release later this year. There will be tools for HCM administrators to do what they need to do more quicky and more efficiently with data.

Oracle is investing in the experience at every level to simplify all employee experiences on the single platform. Data workforce structures, security profiles, business rules, workflows, business process, and the experience layer are in a single container. The focus is to make employee and manager self-service far more accessible than ever before. You’ll be able to push out even more self-service in a confident way.

Important to note, Oracle is the only enterprise solution that doesn’t rent their infrastructure. Oracle has invested in their own AI infrastructure. Competitors rely on Amazon or Microsoft. Not Oracle. This gives Oracle a huge advantage. Oracle has a new Gen2 Cloud. Plus, the Autonomous Database is working for you. Combine these with Redwood Design and you’ll find an experience that no one else can deliver.

According to an executive at Oracle, Oracle is the only Cloud provider doing both infrastructure and applications at scale. This is a huge advantage because the two inform one another. All of Oracle’s components are designed to work together.

Experience More

The completeness of the experience is incredibly important. In the past, HR was siloed. In the new data age, there is no need to maintain those siloes. Workforce Scheduling and Labor Optimization helps to bridge those historically separate business processes.

Oracle and Redwood work together to deliver Talent Acquisition that is best in class in suite. They’ve empowered a world class candidate experience. The examples below were built by customers in-house. They didn’t hire third parties to weigh in—they were able to complete the design themselves using Redwood’s features.

Two more incredible features of talent acquisition are auto-labeling and dynamic pools. These allow you to connect and nurture candidates even if they weren’t quite right for the position they first applied for. A third feature—ongoing campaigns—empowers you to scoop up these applicants and place them in a talent pool for which they’ll receive non-stop targeted communication. AI is ready today to be used by you. There are two models—extensive and embedded. The chances are that you’ve been using AI for a while. Generative AI is being talked about a ton in today’s landscape, and Oracle leverages it in unique ways.

Important to note, Oracle takes your data very seriously. Oracle delivers AI that is simple and safe to use for business. Your data is always secure and never shared. The data and models used by Oracle are hosted and managed all within the same infrastructure (OCI). There are guardrails in place, such as engineer prompts, test results for accuracy, and provided outcomes to SaaS users for human approval, to protect your business. The AI is embedded within core workflows, meaning Oracle has designed AI solutions for specific business problems, surfacing results in the SaaS applications customers use every day. Oracle monitors legislative and regulatory changes. They are committed to complying with data protection laws and collaborate with data and AI standards organizations.

Through generative AI, you can craft an engaging message to candidates including subject line and message body based on the candidate, job, and associated matching criteria.

Additionally, job category landing pages can be built using Generative AI. These are high-quality with tailored experiences for candidates. Generative AI provides suggestions, and a human will make updates before publishing the landing pages.

Generative AI also empowers candidates to find the right job matches for them. It checks their resume to provide a match before they begin the application.

Finally, managers can generate automated recommendations for survey questions and responses based on survey type.
