Join us for an inside look at how the City of Plano, TX successfully modernized its JD Edwards ecosystem through a comprehensive technical audit and a strategic upgrade to Application Release 24 and Tools Release 9.2.8.2.
In this session, we’ll walk through the findings of the pre‑upgrade technical audit, which identified key infrastructure risks, security vulnerabilities, outdated components, and gaps in documentation. We’ll show how these insights shaped a targeted modernization plan—transitioning the City from 32‑bit to a fully 64‑bit environment, redesigning infrastructure to separate interfaces and end‑user workloads, and implementing improvements across security, monitoring, and system management.
