Presented at PeopleSoft Industry Days - Healthcare 2025
While sometimes-overlooked, corporate, or back office, systems are capable of creating real value in a otherwise clinical-focused Healthcare organization. We present three such cases from our team at Northwestern Medicine (NM). First, NM was an early adopter of Fluid Open Enrollment and presented our implementation experience at that time. Now we'll revisit OE after several years and look at its effects. Next we'll look at how process mining with Celonis of PeopleSoft Purchasing can identify gaps and inefficiencies in business process. And finally, we'll discuss a system-wide role-based access control system driven by PS HR events.
