This case study and demonstration profiles how Sennheiser increased productivity in both Customer Service and Accounts Receivable by using cloud-based, real-time credit card and debit card processing across its EnterpriseOne Order to Cash process. With SmarterCommerce Credit Card Processing, Sennheiser has been able to streamline their high volume order taking and AR collections processes with card payments, acceptance of payment with multiple credit cards on the same order and rapid collection of multiple open AR invoices with a single credit card payment. SmarterCommerce has also improved process flow and provided a rapid and significant return on investment.
