J&J Snack Foods managed a successful upgrade and rollout of Enterprise 9.2 from highly customized JDE legacy systems while simultaneously achieving dramatic improvements in customer satisfaction, staff capabilities and cost savings.

We will talk about the challenges, successes and JJSF's on-going organizational changes associated with this project. We will conclude with a Q&A section on lessons learned.
