Currently when employee onboard process is done in HR software Neogov, our users have to manually enter employee details into JDE for address book, employee and other related records and manually update back to Neogov. This takes a long time and is prone to errors. As Neogov supports REST web services, we decided to use orchestration to automate this process. With one click on a button on JDE employee application, all the onboard completed new employees and rehires are updated to JDE address book, employee and other related records and the new employee number generated in JDE is updated back to Neogov system. Users are very satisfied with the integration and this saves them a great amount of time in re-entering the information in JDE apps, correcting errors, and manually updating back to Neogov.
