Building a business case for a large initiative is not an easy undertaking, especially in today’s day and age with
the unpredictable economy. Our senior leaders understand the practicality of a business case and funding
requests when it comes to the tactical, technical, and even the process side. It’s easy to explain and easier to
justify.
Next comes Organizational Change Management (OCM) – the people side of the change – this sounds
important and often is recognized as such. It is, however, common to have OCM undercut, deferred, or
removed completely. Join us to learn why the people side of the change must be a priority, what the
organizational or project team structure could look like, and how to define the value when preparing your
business case.
