Buckle up for a rollercoaster ride through the misadventures of Choctaw Nation's journey in Change Management. From doubling in growth post-transition to Oracle Cloud to the realization that change management was an unfamiliar concept: we've navigated the complexities of organizational evolution. Amplifying our change management challenge is the vast decentralization of our organization: spanning most of the southeastern portion of Oklahoma. Join us as we candidly share our experiences: from initial stumbles to ongoing strides in adopting change management strategies. Our tribal government: which operates with and manages grants and tribal funding: has transitioned from legacy systems to Oracle HCM: ORC: ERP: and SCM.
