Presenter will discuss the use of a custom payroll validation solution resulting in simplified and flexible payroll comparisons. This solution can support large payroll implementations regardless of the legacy or source payroll systems, and can be used to support ongoing quarterly upgrade validations and other payroll comparison needs. Attendees will learn how Hitachi Digital Services utilized a customized solution to process payroll validations, including flexible variance thresholds, skipping acceptable discrepancies, and quickly validating payroll results with each quarterly upgrade.
