Abstract: Higher education institutions are under increasing pressure to optimize operations, improve student outcomes, and make data-informed decisions, all while managing complex administrative systems. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is emerging as a powerful enabler within ERP systems like PeopleSoft, driving transformation across core functions such as admissions, academic planning, student support, and resource allocation. This session will explore how AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics are embedded in next-generation ERP platforms to automate workflows, personalize learning experiences, and deliver real-time insights. Drawing from cross-sector implementations in education and banking, the session will highlight the opportunities and challenges of intelligent ERP adoption including PeopleSoft applications, with a focus on ethical use, integration with legacy systems, and change management. Attendees will walk away with practical strategies to harness AI for institutional efficiency, student success, and strategic growth.
