With a well designed and flexible PeopleSoft support model, SpearMC has enabled North Mississippi Health and Memorial Hospital Gulfport to take on several strategic projects without extending their budget. Learn how we utilized Jira Service Desk and Jira software to streamline our processes including defect resolution, project management, tracking hours and status reporting. This session will educate attendees on best practices for monthly reporting for support trouble tickets and the use of pre-built dashboards to identify areas for remediation/training.
