Join Hamilton Telecommunications and discover how we were able to save over 100 hours per year and improve data quality by automating HR processes for benefit enrollments and terminations, all by using the Orchestrator. Learn how we were also able to utilize the Orchestrator in making our Employee Master the real source of truth, by sending key demographic data for employees to an external workforce BI solution, triggered by actual changes made against employee profiles. In this session, we will review previous manual processes and building the business case for automation. We will also discuss the role of the Orchestrator as well as the design of the Orchestrations used to automate these processes. Finally, we will demonstrate the orchestrations that were created and the associated results.
