One of the challenges with recruiting for a large organization is that different types of positions require different screening and hiring processes. Making sure the process is standardized amongst applicants and keeping track of it all can prove difficult without a robust system in place to assist. This presentation will look at how to use Taleo Recruiting for multiple screening and hiring processes. We will discuss available functionality and how it can be configured for specific situations. This presentation will also look at a successful implementation wherein Taleo Recruiting was used to handle multiple hiring processes for a client in the healthcare industry.
