In recent releases of EnterpriseOne, security is delivered with a total of 20 different security types to enable the user to secure various facets of the application. While you have the option of utilizing all 26 security types, the vast majority of EnterpriseOne security required and used is comprised of the following principal types: Application, Action, Processing Option, Button and Hyper-Exit for programs, Row and Column security for data, EnterpriseOne Pages and Solution Explorer at the system level. All these types are available and widely used with recent versions of JD Edwards.
