These terms and conditions outline the rules, regulations, and expected code of conduct for all attendees during a Quest event.
About BLUEPRINT 4D
BLUEPRINT 4D is a global Oracle customer event presented by the Quest Oracle Community offering six exciting programs for JD Edwards, PeopleSoft & Oracle Cloud customers. The event offers strategic insights and practical how-to education to expand knowledge and build skills for IT leaders, technologists and business users alike.
Personal Information
By registering for and/or attending the conference and downloading the BLUEPRINT 4D mobile app, you acknowledge that any personal information that you provide or that we collect from you will be used in accordance with, and you accept and agree to be bound and abide by, our Privacy Policy (found at https://questoraclecommunity.org/privacy-policy/), Personal Data Protection Policy (found at https://questoraclecommunity.org/personal-data-protection/), QuestOracleCommunity.org Terms of Service (found at https://questoraclecommunity.org/terms-of-service/), all incorporated herein by reference, and these Terms and Conditions.
Photography & Videography Notice
Photographers and video technicians may be present at the conference and all digital and in-person sessions may be recorded. By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded. You consent to and authorize the use of your image or any reproduction thereof by us in any media whatsoever in connection with the promotion of the conference and our programs, materials and services. Attendees of the in-person event who do not wish to be photographed can inform any photographer present.
Also, please note that video or audio recording of education sessions by attendees or speakers is prohibited.
Information Shared with Exhibitors, Sponsors & Quest Representatives
Exhibitors receive an attendee list prior to and after the conference. The list includes attendee name, job title and company; no contact information is included. By completing conference registration, you agree to have this basic information shared with exhibitors.
Demographic and contact information submitted during registration may be shared with vendors based on attendee participation in a variety of event activities, including but not limited to: badge scans, sponsored education or keynote session attendance, networking event attendance or digital engagement activities.
Mailing and demographic information for attendees who reside in the EU and EEA are excluded from these exhibitor mailing lists.
We permit select sponsors to send limited emails to attendees from our email server. You may opt-out of future emails from the footer of any sponsored email or you may adjust your personal email preferences at any time by visiting the Quest email preference center.
Conference Communications
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to receive emails and/or push notifications from us containing important information about the conference including news, giveaways and promotions. These emails are designed to ensure attendees are fully informed about the conference and receive the most satisfactory experience possible.
We may also send you emails about Quest community membership, similar Quest events or other Quest products and services.
Onsite Wireless Terms and Acceptance
Use of the onsite Internet connection is intended solely for BLUEPRINT 4D attendees. Unauthorized access or use may result in termination of your access, disciplinary action and/or civil or criminal penalties. To the extent permitted by law, your use may be monitored. By using the onsite event Internet connection, you agree to the following: The internet connection is provided on an “as is” basis and Quest is not responsible for any loss or damage of any sort incurred by your use of this internet connection. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Quest, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way related to your use of this internet connection.
Non-Payment Clause
Once a registration is submitted, it becomes binding and all fees are due and payable according to the terms herein. If you cancel the registration or do not attend the conference, registration fees as dictated by the cancellation policy below remain due and are nonrefundable.
Early-bird discount pricing applies only when registration fees are received in full by Quest prior to the early-bird date, regardless of registration date. If an attendee registers early, but pays after the early-bird deadline, the next tier of registration pricing will apply.
Quest reserves the right to reject any registration not in compliance with conference eligibility requirements. Quest will only refund registration fees as the cancellation policy listed below dictates for any rejected registrations based on the date of rejection.
If a conference registration is purchased as a paid member and the membership expires and is not renewed prior to the conference in May 2024, the registrant will be subject to the non-member registration rate.
Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments are due at the time of registration. Any registration without a valid credit card payment at the time of registration may be required to re-register or may incur additional fees.
Check Payments
A copy of the registration confirmation letter is required with the registrant’s payment to ensure proper allocation. Check must be payable to Quest Oracle Community – BLUEPRINT 4D. Check payments are due within 30 days of the attendee’s registration date, and prior to any rate changes, or the registration will be cancelled and re-registering at the current rate will be required. Check payments should arrive by no later than April 22, 2024 to allow for adequate processing time.
Once the check payment is received additional payment confirmation will be sent. If the check is returned or cannot be process, the registration will be cancelled. Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of conference payments upon receipt by Quest. Check payments should be mailed to:

Registration Data Completion
Customer registrants who have not completed all demographic questions during the original registration process will be required to complete questions in adherence to these rules or will be subject to cancellation. The registration is not considered final until all information is complete. Demographic questions must be completed via the emailed link within 10 business days of the attendee’s registration date, and prior to any rate changes, or the registrant will be subject to higher fees or cancellation. Demographic details allow the mobile app to work properly for customer registrants and aids in conference plans.
Purchase, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Group rates:
Group rates, if requested, will apply to purchases of four or more individual registrations purchased by one company. All registrations under a group rate must be employees of the purchasing company.
Session replay corporate pass:
Corporate passes for 60 day session replay access may only be added to a current in-person registration; no stand-alone sales are permitted. The corporate pass provides unlimited individual registrations for the virtual replay event and is limited to employees of the purchasing company.
Cancellations:
A processing fee will apply to all registration cancellations. For group registrations, a processing fee will be charged for each individual registration that is cancelled.
Individuals who cancel their registration on or before March 18, 2024 will receive a full refund, less a $400 processing fee. Individuals who cancel between March 19 and May 3, 2024 will receive a 50% refund, less a $400 processing fee. Session replay corporate pass refund requests received on or before March 18, 2024 will receive a full refund, less a $275 processing fee. Session replay corporate pass refund requests received between March 19 and May 3, 2024 will receive a 50% refund, less a $275 processing fee. No refund requests will be processed on/after May 4, 2024. Refund policy will apply based on date of cancellation request.
NOTE: If the in-person registration associated with a session replay corporate pass is cancelled, the session replay corporate pass will also be cancelled. At least one in-person registration must be in place to retain the add-on session replay corporate pass pricing.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Quest within the timeframes specified above, using the myConference online Cancellation Request Form. Each request must include the reason for cancellation. Exceptions to the policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted by May 3, 2024. No refunds will be issued after this date.

NOTE: A session replay corporate pass add-on may only be purchased when one or more individual in-person registrations are purchased by the same company.
Substitutions
Paid in-person registrant substitutions must be completed online by submission through Quest’s myConference registration management tool by April 22, 2024. Changes may also be made onsite by presenting a letter on company letterhead detailing the substitution. Substitutions made from an individual Quest member to a non-Quest member will render the member discount void. No other penalty will be applied for substitutions.
Health & Safety
The Quest Oracle Community is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for in-person event participants. For the general health and safety of in-person event participants, Quest will review, update and, if appropriate, implement and announce health and safety rules and protocols for the event. The rules and protocols will be available closer in time to the event dates and depend on circumstances existing at that time.
Please keep in mind that any large gathering of persons poses a risk of exposure to COVID-19 and variants, and Quest cannot guarantee that participants will not be exposed while at the event. By agreeing to speak at the event, I knowingly and freely assume all risks related to illnesses and infectious diseases, including COVID-19 and variants.

Right to Reject Registration, Deny Attendance or Delete Comments
Quest reserves the right to reject the registration of, to deny admittance to the conference, or to remove from the conference, any person who, in the reasonable judgment of Quest, does not meet registration eligibility requirements or is disruptive, threatening, distracting or otherwise engaging in conduct detrimental or damaging to Quest, the conference, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors or other participants or attendees at the conference. Quest also reserves the right to delete comments deemed inappropriate by Quest and/or ban an attendee from posting in public comment areas of the digital conference platform. In addition, Quest reserves the right to disqualify participates in event contests should behavior be termed inappropriate or against the rules by Quest. We will only refund registration fees (if at all) as provided in our cancellation refund policy above based on the date of rejection of a registration or denial of admittance to, or removal from, the conference.

At RECONNECT, PeopleSoft customers of all levels can dig into new releases, dive deep into practical learning, get new ideas from best practices and hone their core PeopleSoft skills during four jam-packed digital days of education and networking. Attendees can chat with the experts, connect with and learn from other users and meet solutions providers.

Cancellations
No refunds will be given for this event unless there are extreme circumstances. Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted by October 6, 2024 for consideration. Submissions after the conference start will not be considered. Code of Conduct
Quest is committed to providing a professional, friendly and safe virtual environment for all participants including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers and Quest staff.
Expected behavior:
- Do not make audio or visual recordings of the event in any medium
- Do not take or distribute pictures or copy presentation materials unless explicit permission is granted.
- Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants
- Exercise consideration and respect in your speech and actions
- Do not disrupt the session
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech
