Exhibitors receive an attendee list prior to and after the conference. The list includes attendee name, job title and company; no contact information is included. By completing conference registration, you agree to have this basic information shared with exhibitors.

Demographic and contact information submitted during registration may be shared with vendors based on attendee participation in a variety of event activities, including but not limited to: badge scans, virtual booth exhibit engagement, sponsored education or keynote session attendance, and networking event attendance.

Mailing and demographic information for attendees who reside in the EU and EEA are excluded from these exhibitor mailing lists.

We permit select sponsors to send limited emails to attendees from our email server. You may opt-out of future emails from the footer of any sponsored email or you may adjust your personal email preferences at any time by visiting the Quest email preference center.

Onsite Wireless Terms and Acceptance

Unauthorized access or use may result in termination of your access, disciplinary action and/or civil or criminal penalties. To the extent permitted by law, your use may be monitored. By using the onsite event Internet connection, you agree to the following: The internet connection is provided on an “as is” basis and Quest is not responsible for any loss or damage of any sort incurred by your use of this internet connection. Non-Payment Clause

Once a registration is submitted, it becomes binding and all fees are due and payable according to the terms herein. If you cancel the registration or do not attend the conference, registration fees as dictated by the cancellation policy below remain due and are nonrefundable.

Early-bird discount pricing applies only when registration fees are received in full by Quest prior to the early-bird date, regardless of registration date. If an attendee registers early, but pays after the early-bird deadline, the next tier of registration pricing will apply.

Quest reserves the right to reject any registration not in compliance with conference eligibility requirements. Quest will only refund registration fees as the cancellation policy listed below dictates for any rejected registrations based on the date of rejection.

If a conference registration is purchased as a paid member and the membership expires and is not renewed prior to the conference in June 2022, the registrant will be subject to the non-member registration rate.

Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments are due at the time of registration. Any registration without a valid credit card payment at the time of registration may be required to re-register or may incur additional fees.

Check Payments

A copy of the registration confirmation letter is required with the registrant’s payment to ensure proper allocation. Check must be payable to Quest Oracle Community – BLUEPRINT 4D. Check payments are due within 30 days of the attendee’s registration date, and prior to any rate changes, or the registration will be cancelled and re-registering at the current rate will be required. Check payments should arrive by no later than May 23, 2022 to allow for adequate processing time.

Once the check payment is received additional payment confirmation will be sent. If the check is returned or cannot be process, the registration will be cancelled. Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of conference payments upon receipt by Quest. Check payments should be mailed to:

Health & Safety

The Quest Oracle Community is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for in-person event participants. Quest closely monitors the recommendations and guidelines of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention related to COVID-19 and variants. In addition, Quest works with its venue, housing, food service, and other providers to monitor compliance with health and safety requirements of federal, state and local authorities. Because COVID-19 is a serious and evolving issue, and for the general health and safety of in-person event participants, Quest will review, update, implement and announce health and safety rules and protocols for the event. The rules and protocols will be available closer in time to the event dates and depend on circumstances existing at that time. We will provide further details about the applicable health and safety rules and protocols before and at the event.

Please keep in mind that any large gathering of persons poses an elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 and variants, and Quest cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while at the event. By registering for in-person attendance at the event, you agree that you knowingly and freely assume all risks related to illnesses and infectious diseases, including COVID-19 and variants. You also agree that your refusal or failure to follow our health and safety rules and protocols may result in your expulsion from the event and cancellation of your registration without a refund.
