An important statement for the PeopleSoft healthcare community

With the recent shake-up in the Healthcare user group community, I want to take this opportunity to speak directly to PeopleSoft Healthcare customers and former HIUG members.
As you know, Healthcare is and always has been a key industry for PeopleSoft and we remain committed to engaging with you. Working closely with you over the years, we’ve invested in hundreds of features across our product suite to serve your mission critical businesses. We’re proud of that and it remains a priority for us today. In fact, we’re continuing to create new opportunities for broader and deeper collaboration.
Quest has been a key partner for Oracle and the PeopleSoft community for more than 20 years, hosting a vibrant online community and the well-regarded PeopleSoft RECONNECT conference series. With the recent loss of HIUG and its Interact conference, my product team has engaged with Quest and key Healthcare community leaders to ensure there is a conference that serves our Healthcare customers in a focused way. In addition, these leaders are also working with Quest to create a long-term home for our Healthcare customers to engage with my product strategy team, and with each other.
Your user group community and conference events aren’t gone, but they are changing. Change can be disruptive, but it always creates new opportunities. Our team is excited to see Quest’s user group events and community infrastructure serve as the platform from which a new and reinvigorated Healthcare industry program can flourish and I personally encourage you to explore Quest’s offerings and begin reconnecting with your healthcare network at Quest. Advent Health’s participation at Quest has been instrumental to keeping our team trained and in the loop on the latest PeopleSoft features and functionality. The community is incredible – in particular the direct access to Oracle product teams and ability to connect with other Healthcare and cross-industry customers is invaluable.
