  Focus Group Updates:   Click on the link to find a focus group to join

  • Grants – Focus group met in December to provide feedback and help prioritize future investments in Grants, Contracts and Project Costing.  Discussions included the request for an award and project closeout process, subaward management functionality, and tools to reconcile cost, F&A, budget and funding across products.
  • Supplier Administrator WorkCenter – Focus group discussed logistics and functionality of creating a new fluid WorkCenter to better manage Supplier related tasks.
  • Insights Workgroup’s – The quarterly meeting was held in November. Customers provided an update of their latest Insight Dashboards and new custom visualizations. We are looking to add a few more customers with a keen interest in Insights and a proven track record of implementation of Insights. This includes both HCM and FSCM customers. Please contact Tammy.boyles@oracle.com if interested.
  • NEW FOCUS GROUP – Discuss an Off-Boarding process for FSCM, if you are interested contact Tina.Thames@oracle.com to join this focus group.
  • NEW FOCUS GROUP – Discuss Automating Award and Project Closeouts, if you are interested contact joe.willever@oracle.com to join this focus group.

  • Page and Field Configurator – New option to override a default value from the application with a different value entered into Page and Field Configurator and the enabling of Real Time Indexing (RTI) for Change Tracking insights.
  • FSCM Cross-Pillar – Adoption of the new Fluid Landing Page.
  • FSCM Cross-Pillar – Adopted the PeopleTools 8.62 Automated Incremental Indexing feature for Search.
  • Purchasing – Additional exceptions added to the Procurement WorkCenter (Visibility to PO Dispatch Errors, Denied POs).
  • Purchasing – New Fluid Approvals for Procurement Card transactions.
  • Strategic Sourcing – Added Pending Bidder Response tile in the continue with section of the new sectionalized homepage.
  • Supplier Contracts – Provides DocuSign notifications to alert signatories that a document is pending their signature.
  • Expenses – Enhanced the My Proxy Insight dashboard by adding two visualizations and a data grid for Travel Authorizations. The Travel Authorization by Status visualization and the Travel Authorization Denied by Expense Type
  • Expenses – Adopted the Sectionalized homepage feature, which is introduced in PeopleTools 8.62. Expenses delivers the Pending Expense Reports and the Pending Travel Authorizations tiles in the Continue With section.
  • Expenses – Adopted the Sectionalized homepage feature, which is introduced in PeopleTools 8.62. Expenses delivers an enhanced Travel & Expenses dashboard in the Quick Access section.
  • Expenses – Adopted the Sectionalized homepage feature, which is introduced in PeopleTools 8.62. Expenses delivers a link to Expenses WorkCenter in the My Work section.
  • Expenses – Adopted the Sectionalized homepage feature, which is introduced in PeopleTools 8.62. Expenses delivers the Submit Your Wallet Charges tile in Suggestions section. This tile allows you to access the Wallet Entry page to address unsubmitted Wallet entries.
  • Inventory – Added Par Location and Par Location Activity insights dashboards in Inventory to provide users with enhanced visibility and analytical insights into par locations, item counts, and inventory activity across business units.
  • General Ledger – Added a new long description and multiple references fields on the Journal Line.
  • General Ledger – Updated Year End Close process (GL_YC) to allow Do Not Roll forward zero balances.
  • General Ledger: Ability to add comments and attachments to posted journals.
  • Accounts Payable – Recheck supplier details if payment is voided and reissued.
  • Accounts Payable – Pressure Seal Form for 1099-G.
