- Accounts Payables – Focus group plans to meet in June to discuss Virtual Card Payments.
- Cash Management – Focus group is planning to discuss payment and bank statement formats for to support new PACS and CAMT regulatory requirements.
- Project Costing – The focus group met in March to discuss a new method for assigning project cost to one or more capitalized assets. We reviewed options for a new fluid page that would incorporate flexible criteria to identify transactions for capitalization and allow users to temporarily defer a cost from capitalization until the asset is ready for use.
- Maintenance Management—Focus group met in March to discuss requirements for the new Fluid Maintenance Management WorkCenter and provide feedback on the Service Request search functionality to be included in the new Fluid Service Request Inbox.
***Important Note*** Focus Groups are open to all customers; calls are typically once a month for an hour or as needed. Your organization needs to have a current CPCA (customer participation confidentiality agreement) since Oracle discloses future design and prototypes.
