We are excited to celebrate a HUGE milestone with our PeopleSoft Finance customers and partners – in March we delivered our 50th FSCM 9.2 image!!! This includes six fluid WorkCenters, a common framework to filter Insight Dashboards by currency, new Insight Dashboards for Lease Administration and analytics for Page and Field Configurator Change management.  A special Thank You to our customers who continue to deploy new features and functionality.

  • Receivables and Billing – The focus group met in March to review and provide feedback on improvements to billing upload spreadsheet.  We reviewed how users can enter invoices more efficiently by having only one row for each invoice, reduced horizontal scrolling and using buttons to take user to the right cell on the excel sheet.
  • Accounts Payables – Focus group plans to meet in June to discuss Virtual Card Payments.
  • Cash Management – Focus group is planning to discuss payment and bank statement formats for to support new PACS and CAMT regulatory requirements.
  • Project Costing – The focus group met in March to discuss a new method for assigning project cost to one or more capitalized assets.  We reviewed options for a new fluid page that would incorporate flexible criteria to identify transactions for capitalization and allow users to temporarily defer a cost from capitalization until the asset is ready for use.
  • Maintenance Management—Focus group met in March to discuss requirements for the new Fluid Maintenance Management WorkCenter and provide feedback on the Service Request search functionality to be included in the new Fluid Service Request Inbox.

 ***Important Note*** Focus Groups are open to all customers; calls are typically once a month for an hour or as needed.  Your organization needs to have a current CPCA (customer participation confidentiality agreement) since Oracle discloses future design and prototypes.
