Focus Group Updates: Click on the link to find a focus group to join
- Human Resource – Focus Group saw mockups and provided feedback on the new Modernization of Personal Data feature.
- Time and Labor –Focus Group reviewed the ESS Schedule design and flow was discussed. The Fluid Elapsed Timesheet enhancements were also reviewed, along with the Time Admin Performance Improvement feature that was delivered in Image 43.
- Absence Management – The focus group discussed the Processed Absences Kibana Dashboard. Several options for the Re-Design of the Self-Service Absence Request pages for Small Form Factor was also discussed and feedback was requested.
- Performance Management – Development has been busy working on the fluid performance document. We will meet on September 29th to review the Kibana dashboard considerations for performance management.
- Visualization Working Group – Customers saw a demo from the State of North Dakota on their implementation of Remote Worker and the Remote Worker Insights for the Administrator. The State of North Dakota used the delivered visualizations as a guide to create a dashboard that was unique to their organization.
- Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) – Focus Group met to discuss questions on the Fluid MSS designs when payment is required for training and MSS enrollment for external learners. The group also discussed the timing of the next PeopleSoft ELM image to corollate with the next tools image.
***Important Note*** Focus Groups are open to all customers, calls are typically once a month for an hour or as needed. Your organization needs to have a current CPCA (customer participation confidentiality agreement) since Oracle discloses future design and prototypes.

- United States – Form I-9 is expiring this October, Dept of Homeland Security has announced significant changes to the form, but has yet to release a finalized new form (TBD).
- United States – VETS4212 (Veterans) Reporting is open – you need to submit your report BY September 30 (see the blog section for more information)
- Australia – Revenue department of New South Wales (NSW) has announced changes to the Payroll tax rate for the financial year 2022-23. As of 1 July 2022, the rate will be restored to 5.45%.
- Singapore – The CPF contribution rates for employees aged above 55 to 70 will be increased to strengthen their retirement adequacy. The changes will apply to wages earned from 1 January 2023.
- Malaysia – The Ministry of Human Resources through the Social Security Organization (SOCSO) implemented a new salary ceilings for contributions from RM4,000 to RM5,000 per month starting 1st September 2022.
