Customer Corner – Highlights customers who have implemented, upgraded or deployed new HCM Features

     Congratulations to this month PeopleSoft HCM Innovators:

  • Congratulations to Cape Cod Healthcare who implemented several delivered and custom Insights. This has allowed management to see all statistics in one screen, which allowed Cape Cod Healthcare to stay compliant with all the requirements for hospital employees.
  • Congratulations to Collins County who deployed OpenSearch dashboards to help their HR users utilize the visualizations to monitor workforce composition and workforce equity of the company. The dashboard visualizations have allowed these users to more independently and efficiently retrieve up-to-date information, which provides the ability to use that data for quick answers and last-minute reports and presentations.

Focus Group UpdatesLink to available Focus Groups

  • ELM – Enterprise Learning Management is releasing PUM image on November 7, 2025. The focus group met and discussed recent developments including Microsoft’s recent announcement on supporting LTI 1.3 for integration with teams. We are evaluating the new LTI standard and will give an update in the coming months.
  • Performance Management – Development for the Recognition Badging feature is underway. Next focus group meeting is in November, we plan on sharing an update on work done on this feature.
  • HCM Workcenters – The Absence Management, Benefits, Global Payroll, Payroll for North America, and Time & Labor Focus Group met to provide feedback on future enhancements for HCM WorkCenters – Work Management functionality.
  • Global Payroll and Absence Management Focus Groups – we held a joint meeting to collaboratively review and discuss the approach and design for the upcoming Mass Absence Events, as well as Mass Earnings and Deductions Assignments features.
  • Accessibility – Focus group met to discuss options around Reflow for fluid transactions in PeopleSoft.

USA/Global Legislative Updates

  • General – PeopleSoft Has a Dedicated Oracle Advisor Webcast Registration Page
  • New Zealand – Upfront Employment Information Validations to Strengthen Payday Filing effective October 2025
  • Brazil – Updates regarding the Alphanumeric CNPJ are available. According to the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (RFB), the new CNPJ format will be assigned starting in July 2026.
  • Brazil – eSocial Technical Note S-1.3 04/2025
  • Singapore – RAS has rolled out Interface File Specification Release 15.0 for YA 2026, replacing Release 14.0.
